Well, I've done a lot of shopping for my booth during the past week. It has kept me running around and I am finally done -- for now!! All that is left is taking most of it to my booth. Check out the update pics I just posted on my Facebook page, Judy B's Shabby Chic. There are two new albums that I created.
My first great find last Sunday were these cute boudoir lamps. Definitely from the 50's or early 60's and in pretty good shape! And they work! I just don't have an electrical connection on this wall to plug them in.
Found yesterday was this great bust of a Roman (??) lady. She'll be a great display piece for hats and jewelry. And even some lace creations I have in mind.
I love this pink kitchen set! They all match and they are not painted!! One of the spatula's has a date of 1925 on it. So I know they are vintage. I'm thinkin' Tricia of Vintage Bliss needs these for her little trailer she just bought. Will have to let her know!
Here is the main display you will see upon entering the doors of Merchant Square. It is beautiful, wonderous, and very special. A lot of the decorations I had in my booth early this week were scooped up by some of the staff and used to decorate this area -- especially the table in the center. That left me scrambling for more, but I am happy that my display pieces are in front! Click on the pictures to get a larger view. Check it out!
Merchant Square is having their annual Noel Night on Thursday, December 2, and the store will be open until 8 p.m. that evening. If you live in the area, please come and join us! Things are on sale, there will be appetizers and punch, and you can begin your Christmas shopping! It doesn't get better than that!

Ooooh I'm just giddy for over your amazing finds. Those boudoir lamps are so wonderful and perfect. I would have flipped! I will be picking up my mom's pink ones (given to her on her 16th birthday) this Christmas! I have always asked her to keep them for me but I told her I wanted them now and I WILL find room for them in my tiny studio!
Have a lovely holiday.
