This is my mother, about 1940, just after she moved to Los Angeles to work and before she married my dad in 1943. I think she looks like a model! She passed in June 1976. I still miss her!

She does indeed look like a model. There is something about the earlier decades that are just more sincere and glamorous. Glamorous seems to be on my mind of late!
