Two years ago Sweet Salvage debuted in Phoenix!

And it was an instant hit!  My BF Gail and I have attended every one of the events!
We didn't plan to wear black and white tops.  It just happened!
We ran into plenty of friends!  Maureen and Nina!
Tricia Samsal of Vintage Bliss.
I remember this fab bedroom!  I bought some of those curtains hanging in the background!
Loved the girly stuff!
French, aqua and shabby white cabinet!
Plenty to see everywhere!  Up, down under, behind, in the middle.  You have to look everywhere!
 Cupboards stuffed with wonderfullness!!
Everyday things everywhere but in such cool displays!
Plenty of French influence and shabby chic!  It was wonderful!

As I remember, it was hot!  Mr. Sweet Jim was handing out iced water bottles.  There were wonders and treasures to behold in every nook and cranny.  As you can see, I didn't take many pictures.  Too busy looking around and enjoying all the eye candy!  Nowadays I take tons of pics and post them on my Facebook page as well as blogging about my favorite ones and what I found.

Gail and I are planning to go again this coming Thursday to celebrate the second year of success for Sweet Salvage on 7th!  Thanks to Kim Rawlins, Katie Cryer and the entire Sweet Team (past and present) who have made each event memorable and filled with wonders and great finds!

French Marketplace at Sweet Salvage this month

Have to share a few favorites with you from the French Marketplace at Sweet Salvage this month.  I would have posted this sooner, but I had a very busy and full weekend!

As usual, the Sweet Team did a fabulous job of bringing the French Marketplace to life here in Phoenix!!  Check out my favorite displays.
Loved this chair with the bits of bright pink in the trim to match that fabulous bouquet in the cage!
This table full of great things was a winner in my book!
I thought this picture was fabulous and so French!
I loved this cabinet so much I bought it!
What pretty French perfume bottles and extra stoppers!  WOW!
I thought this was fabulous and would be good for that Paris apartment!
OH MY!!!  A dress form in a huge cage!  The dress was made of paper, I think!  Couldn't get close enough to read the tag or feel the dress.  But it was something!

I love the look of French and gray together.  Subtle and beautiful!
These beautiful Virgin Mary statues were already on their way to new homes when I took this picture.
The fabric on this chair was wonderful!  I would have this chair in my home.
Here is Kim Rawlins, the leader of the Sweet Team at Sweet Salvage on 7th.  Thanks once again to Kim and her Sweet Team for another great Sweet Salvage event!

Destination Found at Sweet Salvage in May

Once again the Sweet Gang did a wonderful job in their new digs on 7th.  Here are some of my favorite pics from Sweet Salvage yesterday.
Sweet Kim and her hubby Sweet Man Jim!!  Awesome day you put together for everyone yesterday!  Thanks so much for all you do!  It was another great day.
New sign on 7th Avenue and new awnings on the front of the building.
My favorite display!  Love the colors and French flavor!  So pretty.
How clever is this arrangement??
Loved this light blue chair and the Paris book on the seat!

I love this necklace.  Just wish I had bought it!!
This burlap skirt on the sink in the bathroom is just too stinkin' cute!  If I had a pedestal sink, it would be wearing a skirt!
A wire wastebasket as a lampshade over an industrial light.  Who thought that up??

More pictures on Saturday.  Took nearly 60 pics.  Check out the album I posted on Facebook here.
