The last doll

Isn't she pretty? I think she has a lovely face! She has the Victorian look that is so popular today. She would be great to use in an altered art project or to sew together and dress (see below).
Her head is 3 1/2" tall. The arms measure 2 3/4" and the legs are 3 1/8". Included with her are directions for making the body as well as a dress for her. She is made of bisque porcelain and she is in excellent condition -- no chips or scratches. She is for sale. If you are interested, please send me an email and we can work out the details. Otherwise, she is going in my Etsy shop.

I couldn't give her a name. If I did, I might be tempted to keep her! But she does need a home with someone who will take good care of her.

The Victorian doll has found a new home with Becky! Thanks, Becky!! See you soon!!

The dolls I found

I have seen a lot of altered art lately that incorporates doll heads and doll parts. Becky, are you there??? Colleen?? Sherry??? Mike?? Check your emails!!!

Here are my finds from Merchant Square on Tuesday. All are bisque and new -- nothing old or antique here. But I see from Becky's Heart in My Hand blog that she is crackle painting her dolls as well as antiquing them. Kim of Mystic Paper is antiquing her doll heads.
This cute little red head doll has the sweetest face! Her head is 5" tall and the arms and legs measure 3" long. No chips or any type of flaw. Excellent condition!!This darling blond baby has the same measurements as the red head doll. Again, excellent condition.

Colleen, somehow this one has your name on it. Am I right?? This little doll with an oriental look to his face, is smaller than the other two above. The head is 3 1/4" long and the arms and legs measure 2 3/4" long.

I am going to sell these dolls and they will be listed on my Etsy shop on Monday unless you let me know by email that you are interested in any of them. Didn't know I had an Etsy shop, did you? Nothing in it right now, but that is going to change.

Tomorrow I have a Victorian doll head, arms and legs to share with you. And she comes with pattern and instructions to construct her body and a dress.
