Still at work

Even though I have had the One World One Heart giveaway up for a long time, I am still working on things here.  Just want to share a couple of things with you today.  But, PLEASE scroll down to the January 26 post below to see the giveaway pieces.

This little embellishment is made from an old piece of lace, rayon ribbon, a new flower and it has a shoe button center.  I like the softness of this piece.
Here is another photo of a page in my new book that has a steam punk look to it.  Although I am not a big fan of steam punk, I do like to incorporate rusty stuff in my work.  You can see the rolled rusty screen and there are little "treasures" inside the roll.  The ends are wired shut and a rust bell is attached.  Underneath is a metal bow that I rusted.  I like this look.

Next is another Valentine I created recently.  I like this one because it has sage green and pink elements.  The Jenni Bowlin "button" in the middle of the heart just makes this piece.
I have changed some settings for my posts.  I can see I am going to have trouble for a while until I can figure out what is wrong.  I will not let this get me!  One picture is to the left, which bugs me!  And it wants to center the text.  Aaagggghhhhh!

Don't forget to leave a comment on my One World One Heart blog of January 26 below.  I am #656 on the list.  I hate not to blog again until February 15 when the drawing takes place.  Have to figure out how to keep the Jan. 26 blog at the top and add new blog posts under it.

So please visit One World One Heart and leave a comment there to enter my giveaway.  You can also scroll down to the actual January 26 blog and leave a comment there, too.
