Leave no tender words unsaid

This has been sitting for weeks now, unfinished. Reached a point where I ran out of whatever it is that keeps me interested and working on a project. When I reach that point, it is time to walk away, then return later to see if I want to finish the project. I over think projects and then hit a wall. If I work quickly without over thinking, things always turn out better in the long run.I am not sure what I am going to do with her. I want to do several others and wrap them up in some kind of a book.

I love this piece, but it remains unfinished. I have not glued everything down. Moving things around will continue until I feel it is right. I like it much better today than I did weeks ago. Perhaps that is why I end up so attached to my pieces. I have put so much of me into their creation.

Handwork along the bottom. Love the metal pieces and wire that are the opposite to the softness of the lace -- rust and lace. I like that.

I did make changes. Will share those with you another time. It is a work in progress.
