Day of Play

I see these quick projects in the magazines I buy. Thought I would give them a try.
These are the small wood clothespins that I painted a light pink (spray paint is wonderful for this!). Once they were dried I stamped on them with a french text stamp.
I love these old clothespins! Painted them in pastels, punched out tiny pictures and words, varnished them and tied fibers on them.
Here are the hangers I painted and stamped. Was quite pleased with how they turned out. The hangers can be seen at Merchant Square early next week. They are for sale. The other items will go into a goody bag for each student that takes a class from me in the future. Just a small thank you for coming to my class.

The music is so unusual for you! I like all music, it just surprised me. Love the wood ware! I am going to try the cloths pins, thanks for the idea.

You need to check my blog for the really neat set of old alphabet rubber stamps that my hubby found today at an estate sale.

Judy, The music I heard was not Enya. Maybe your site has a rock and roll ghost?
