Purchased the Nikon D40 camera on Sunday from Costco (online). It arrived this afternoon!!
It took the entire stimulus check, but I think it will be well worth it! Now the fun begins as I learn how to use this powerhouse of a camera.
Costco had a great deal on this camera and it runs through the middle of July. Check it out! I thought it was going to be over $800, but ended up being $200 under that. Goodbye stimulus check, hello camera!

Keep us posted on the likes of your find. I have not even learned how to use the one I have which, of course, is not the dynamite one you just purchased- - - but - - - might just want to use my stimulus on the same thing before the end of the sale.
It's a good thing I love the color green, because I am so green right now! You must bring it in for a show and tell!
