Yes! When it comes to my computer, I would be a total basket case without it! Talked to the Geek Squad, determined the printer was a goner, looked at new printers, came home without one and called my computer guru, Robert. He made a recommendation, I went to Staples to buy it, and he came and got it installed and running. But I spent the day doing all that and had to really cut time corners on the ATC's that are due tomorrow. Oh well! At least they are done!
