The two classes I took from Kelly Kilmer this weekend were a lot of fun! Met a lot of nice people, had a good time "messing about" with the journals I created, and stepped outside the box for a couple of days. I will post pics of the journals I created in a day or two.
HAVE YOU NOTICED?!
Over a week ago I received a postcard from Home Companion magazine that the January/February issues was their last!!?? What!! The remainder of my subscription will be added to Martha Stewart Living (to which I already subscribe). I LOVED Home Companion! I read their articles, closely studied all the lovely layouts, and really enjoyed each issue when it arrived! I have also saved all the paper doll pages so that I can share them with my granddaughter when she gets older. What a disappointment!
Yesterday I received a postcard in the mail from Somerset Memories. They are going to now publish only annually! The remainder of my subscription there will go as a credit on my account to be used on future purchases, including publications, with Stampington & Company. Huh??!!
Hmm! I am positive this is the result of the economy and the current state of affairs. This isn't the change I thought!
