Another workshop!

On Saturday, December 1, sixteen of us gathered again at Carol Wingert's home to participate in another wonderful workshop.  A French Stitched Fabric Holiday Book.  It was a beautiful day here in Arizona to enjoy the outdoors on Carol's patio while we constructed our books.
Carol always has a little flea market where we can find goodies to add to our stash!
Carol had these gorgeous trees set up along with a multitude of Santas.  Here you can see our ornament swap packages beneath the tree.
 More wonderful Santas!
Outside on the table I found my spot with my very own, gorgeously wrapped box to make the fabric book.
Here's the cover of my book.  I did get this finished in class.
Here are the first two pages.  I am going to add more to the page on the right.
Another finished page in the book.
This is the last finished page I have to share.  I am doing more pages, bit by bit.  It will be a slow process with all that is going on at this time of year.  But I will get it done.  And I will share the rest with you.  My head is filled with ideas for the other pages.  I will get it done.

How much fun to be able to gather and do things like this! I live very far out away from town........so it is hard to do this kind of thing. Your book is so pretty!

Wish I could have been in the class too. Your Christmas book is turning out beautiful.

Carol's classes look divine.
Your book is so pretty, Judy, and seeing it has convinced me to purchase the "workshop to go".
