Love the tecnique shown of ruffling the strip of fabric and keeping the ruffles in place with the buttons. Let me guess. You learned this from camp?!
Just saw the word technique and that I left the h out. Had to try to correct the mistake!

The ruffling is actually safety pins as well as the buttons. Got the idea from the latest issue of Somerset Studio. Check out the pics that go with the article by Rebecca Sower. Loved those photos! Didn't think she would mind my using that wonderful technique. So pretty when done!
