Clearly marked "fragile" and "do not crush or stack on top"! Guess the folks at DHL can't read! After emailing with the seller, she informed me that it wasn't the first time this shipper had damaged boxes.
However, the hats were in good shape. Only a couple will require some steam and gentle prodding to get them back into shape. I am going to price five of these and get them to Merchant Square by tomorrow. I see an orange hat for a Halloween costume perhaps?? There is also a hat that looks like a court jester's hat. Perhaps another costume in the making for some lucky buyer??
