Tomorrow's class at Mystic Paper is this altered scrap book. This book is filled with scraps of paper from my scrap box. "Tipping in" is a quick way to do an altered book and if you use your scraps, you have a one-of-a-kind "scrap" book. Then you can decorate it any way you want. My finished book has lace, ribbon, fabric, tags, vintage pictures, stamped pages, birds, you name it -- it is probably in there! 
This seemed like the perfect answer to doing an altered book that is quick, easy, and uses up a lot of those scraps that everyone has but no one knows just what to do with them.
